Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once the return has been approved.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
